Ragdoll_Keks is a personal, non-commercial application operated by the owner of the Ragdoll_Keks accounts. Its only purpose is to help that owner prepare and upload their own short videos of their cat, Keks, to their own social media accounts. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does and does not do with data.
When the owner connects a TikTok account, the app receives an access token through TikTok Login with the video.upload permission. This token is used solely to upload videos the owner has already prepared to that same account's drafts. The app requests no other permissions.
The app runs locally on the owner's own computer. TikTok access and refresh tokens are stored in a local file on that computer so the owner does not have to sign in every time. There is no server, no external database, and no cloud storage of these credentials.
To upload videos, the app communicates only with TikTok's official API. That interaction is governed by TikTok's own privacy policy and terms. The app adds no other third-party services.
Stored tokens remain on the owner's computer until they are deleted. The owner can revoke the app's access at any time from their TikTok account settings, and can delete the local token file to remove all stored credentials.
If the app's behaviour changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change to reflect it.
